Red Hat Howdy! To you all.
The
whole town will be expecting us with their Fort Langley Hospitality.
Be
sure to dress in your Hoe Down attire.
Before
lunch, you can stroll down town, and check out all the local merchants.
Enter
into draws of all participating stores for fabulous prizes. Then mosey
on down to the C.N. Heritage Train Station for a tour. Have the most Down
Home Country Party at
the Fort Langley Heritage Hall, where you will be treated to a chuck wagon
lunch. And you won’t want to miss the entertainment. After lunch, you can
check out the Fort Langley Heritage Park and go on a wine tour at the Fort
Langley Winery.

Five
chapters will compete to see who makes the best Red
Hat Chili. (The first five chapters to enter will be in) You must
start from scratch, make a full 3 quart pot at home & bring.
Print out a readable copy of the recipe to display, with degree
of hotness.
One with no meat (vegetarian), One (very hot, two (medium). and three (mild). We
will provide the spoons and sample cups. All “The
Red Hat Ladies “will vote on their favorite one, and the winner will take home
the
coveted
“Red Hat Chili Cook Off Award.”
Five
chapters (or depending on participants) will
compete to do a line dance Contest.
Must
bring own music and have it cued.
The
Red
Hat Ladies will vote by applause, and the best line dance chapter will
receive a prize.
Red
Hat Entertainers
We
are asking if a few chapters would like to do a skit or short 3 min.
performances.
This
will be judged by our hidden judges.
