
BOAT CRUISE
Thank you everyone who took a moment to vote. You have voted to go once again on the Boardroom Executive Houseboat Cruise with priority of tickets sales going to the Queen Mothers and their Vice Queens. You are asked to bring your own “picnic lunch” and coffee and tea will be offered on board.
DETAILS
We’re setting sail on August 11th, 2008 at 11:30 AM from the dock “The Sails” at the foot of Bernard Street and Water Street in Kelowna. Please plan to arrive NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM to sign in. We expect to begin boarding at 11:15 AM. Anyone arriving AFTER 11:15 – we can not and will not guarantee access to the boat and under no circumstances will be hold up our departure for late arrivals as was done last year. Please plan in advance for possible delays that might cause a late arrival.
Tickets are $20.00 each
RESERVATIONS
“Priority Reservations” (Queen Mothers and Vice Queen’s) must be made prior to May 5th with payment in the form of a cheque, payable to OKANAGAN RED HATTERS – please, NO CASH!
You may bring your cheque to the May meeting but if you are not attending that meeting, we must have your payment before that date. One cheque per chapter please.
Depending on the number of tickets sold at the May meeting, we will know how many tickets are available for our general membership.
Payment for them will be due no later than June 30th, 2008.
REFUNDS
No refunds after June 30th. If you are unable to attend, please arrange for someone to purchase your ticket.
Payment for tickets may be brought to the May Queen’s Council meeting (payment accepted only by cheque and one cheque per chapter please. You may also mail your payment to Queen Blabalot at:
